How Are You Spending Your Time?
It’s so funny how God speaks to us sometimes! This morning when I opened my eyes, I grabbed my phone () and opened Facebook (). The first thing I saw was a video about why it’s best to wake up early and invest those 86,400 seconds we get in a day on what matters most.
Then I get to the couch with my coffee, and ask God to lead my bible study time. I open my bible to this exact page.
Sometimes when I open to Old Testament, I begrudgingly read a little before I flip to the New Testament…but not today.
Today, God wanted me to read what Solomon says about time. Wait…I had just watched that video on how our time is spent…oh, ok God. I see what you’re trying to tell me.
Priorities. How do we spend our time? Is what we are doing serving us? Is what we are doing serving Him?
How are you prioritizing your life? Are you investing those precious moments each day into your relationship with God? Are you investing your time bettering yourself? Are you investing your time into your family? We get one life to live. Invest each day wisely!
